As a BIM consultant for the ENEC Staff Accommodation project, Stradigi was instrumental in delivering comprehensive digital solutions, including full 3D modeling for infrastructure and architectural elements. Stradigi's duties involved coordinating and developing precise digital models, ensuring the seamless integration of design, construction, and operational requirements. Utilizing 4D BIM, Stradigi effectively optimized construction sequences, enhanced coordination, and improved logistics. Advanced reporting tools, including Power BI, were employed to provide dynamic data visualization and real-time project insights, enabling stakeholders to monitor progress and performance efficiently.
