Description

The NEOM High-Density Cluster Offices represent a critical infrastructure component within NEOM’s broader innovation and administration hub. The project includes the development of multiple vertically aligned office clusters, each designed to support executive, operational, and collaborative functions for NEOM's stakeholders, partners, and core program teams. The design promotes vertical efficiency, integrated smart infrastructure, and modular flexibility to accommodate future growth.

Outcome

Stradigi played a key role in the NEOM High-Density Cluster Offices project by integrating geospatial and BIM technologies to support early design accuracy, spatial coordination, and digital compliance. The team began by aligning all underground utilities and topographic data with NEOM’s GIS standards, using ArcGIS platforms to establish a comprehensive and compliant geospatial database. Through this foundation, Stradigi ensured that all GIS datasets adhered to NEOM’s master coordinate system and included required metadata and connectivity structures. This enabled the project team to work with a centralized and accurate spatial reference that informed design decisions from the outset.

In parallel, Stradigi implemented a GeoBIM strategy that linked BIM models with geospatial data, allowing for 3D coordination between above-ground structures and subsurface utilities. These models were developed with elevation accuracy and linked to NEOM’s master planning base for seamless integration. To enhance subsurface reliability, Stradigi coordinated GPR surveys and used results to validate existing GIS data, reducing risk and ensuring model accuracy. The team also managed the full GIS data submission process in accordance with NEOM protocols and developed live dashboards through Power BI and ArcGIS, offering stakeholders a visual interface to monitor progress, detect risks, and support digital twin readiness.
