Stradigi implemented an engineering progress reporting system for Trojan Construction Group using SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI. The centralized SharePoint site serves as the core repository for all project documents, enabling seamless collaboration. Microsoft Lists manage and track project tasks and milestones, providing a dynamic way to organize data. Power BI transforms this data into interactive dashboards and reports, offering real- time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), progress metrics, and trend analyses. This integrated system enhances transparency, efficiency, and strategic oversight for Trojan’s projects.
