Unifying Project and Quality Governance
For DCT’s TPC function, Stradigi developed a connected Microsoft Power Platform environment that brings project management and quality governance into a common digital operating structure. Five PMIS applications centralise portfolio tracking, tenders, cost, early-stage estimates and project risk, while five QMS applications structure quality actions, operational risk, findings, change control and meeting governance.

For DCT’s TPC function, Stradigi developed a connected Microsoft Power Platform environment that brings project management and quality governance into a common digital operating structure. Five PMIS applications centralise portfolio tracking, tenders, cost, early-stage estimates and project risk, while five QMS applications structure quality actions, operational risk, findings, change control and meeting governance.
The result is a more consistent foundation for oversight, traceability and day-to-day control across two disciplines that remain distinct, but now operate with shared structure, data governance and management visibility.

THE CHALLENGE
Governance Needed to Connect Across Project and Quality Operations.
TPC’s operating environment spans portfolio tracking, tender activity, financial monitoring, early-stage estimates, project risk, quality tasks, audit findings, change control and meeting documentation. The source brief identifies operational silos between portfolio management and quality frameworks, alongside the need for consistent tracking, stronger data governance, secure role-level access and clearer visibility across scheduling, cost and risk.
The requirement was therefore broader than digitising individual activities. It was to establish a structured environment in which project and quality governance could operate through consistent data, workflows and controls.
THE STRATEGIC REFRAME
Two Governance Systems. One Connected Operating Context.
The transformation was structured around two complementary governance systems. PMIS provides the operating structure for portfolio, tender, cost, estimate and project-risk information. QMS provides the structure for quality actions, findings, operational risk, change control and meeting governance.
Keeping those disciplines distinct while connecting them within one Microsoft environment creates continuity between project performance and quality oversight; without reducing either to a generic workflow tool.
HOW STRADIGI RESPONDED
Ten Applications Built Around the Decisions That Matter.
Stradigi implemented a centralised Project Management Information System with five dedicated applications: PMIS for portfolio tracking and milestone visibility; Tender for bid and evaluation tracking; Cost for financial tracking, forecasts and budget variances; RoM for early-stage cost and schedule estimates with parametric filtering and benchmarking; and Risk for project-risk assessment and mitigation workflows.
A parallel Quality Management System introduced five further applications: Tasks for operational action tracking; Risks for quality and operational risk; Findings for audits, inspections, compliance gaps and CAPA; Change Request for governed review, approval and traceability; and Minutes of Meeting for structured meeting documentation and distribution.
Custom automation, Power BI visibility, standardised tracking protocols and secure role-level access strengthen the common operating structure across both environments.
WHAT CHANGED
Project and Quality Information Moved into a Governed Digital Rhythm.
Portfolio, tender, cost, estimate and project-risk information now sits within dedicated PMIS applications, while quality actions, findings, changes and meeting records are managed through dedicated QMS applications. The documented environment centralises management information, standardises tracking and strengthens traceability across project and quality operations.
The source also states stronger scheduling, cost forecasting and risk analysis through automation and Power BI visibility, alongside more structured issue resolution, compliance monitoring and team accountability.
WHY IT MATTERS
Digital Governance Is Stronger When It Lives Inside the Operating System.
Project governance and quality governance are often managed through different routines, records and decision paths. TPC shows how those disciplines can remain specialised while operating through a common digital structure, giving management a clearer basis for oversight, traceability and coordinated action.
For Stradigi, the case demonstrates how enterprise digital transformation becomes tangible when governance is translated into the applications, controls and information flows through which work is actually managed.
