THE CHALLENGE
Industrial Scale Multiplies the Decisions Behind Coordination
At industrial-city scale, the management requirement extends beyond producing coordinated models. Design information must remain interpretable against construction sequence, delivery interfaces, coordination requirements and project progress as execution advances.
For SPARK, Stradigi’s documented role therefore centred on information continuity: keeping model intelligence relevant as the project moved from coordination into sequence visualisation, immersive review and performance reporting.
THE STRATEGIC REFRAME
Connect BIM Intelligence to the Decisions Shaping Execution
Stradigi structured the BIM environment so that coordinated project information could remain useful beyond the model itself - across sequence, spatial interpretation and management visibility.
Detailed BIM models established the coordinated information foundation. 4D visualisation connected that foundation to planned construction activity; VR created an immersive review layer for complex delivery conditions; and Power BI brought progress and performance into a dynamic reporting context.
The value was continuity across information layers: a more coherent digital context through which design, construction sequence, coordination and performance could be interpreted together.
HOW STRADIGI RESPONDED
Carry Project Information from Model Coordination into Delivery Oversight
Four connected delivery disciplines carried project information from coordinated BIM into sequence visibility, immersive review and management reporting.
Establish a Coordinated Information Foundation
Stradigi developed and coordinated detailed BIM models to maintain a coherent information base across design and construction data within the documented SPARK environment.
Translate the Model into Construction Sequence
4D visualisation connected model information with planned activity, making construction sequence and delivery interfaces more tangible within the digital project context.
Interrogate Delivery Conditions Through Immersive Review
Virtual Reality extended the review environment beyond conventional model inspection, supporting spatial interpretation of construction conditions and coordination requirements before site activity progressed.
Bring Progress and Performance into a Management View
Power BI enabled dynamic reporting and data visualisation, providing stakeholders with real-time visibility into project progress and performance.

IMPACT
Greater Clarity Across Sequence, Coordination & Performance
Sequence Visibility
4D visualisation made construction sequence and planned activity easier to interpret within the documented delivery environment.
Spatial Coordination
Detailed BIM coordination and VR created a richer spatial context for reviewing construction information, interfaces and coordination requirements.
Real-Time Performance Visibility
Power BI reporting provided stakeholders with more immediate visibility into project progress and performance.
